The controller can be programmed for 8 inputs. If a batch of eight different materials is to be set, then set the data in the controller for all the eight inputs. The valve/motor/gate will start in sequence and according to the data programmed. The same will be made ON and OFF to enable to fill weighing hopper with same weight from each respective input hopper.

If, out of eight, only five raw materials are to be used for a batch of a different product, then keep data zero for the corresponding remaining three raw materials. This will make the controller skip three and fill only from remaining hopper. This way there can be 10 different recipes can be stored. And on selection of recipe, the pre-programmed data will loaded in the controller for execution.

Different logic can be programmed for fully automatic process can be offered along with the batching system.
